RQAW | DCCM is pleased to announce the promotion of Whitney Weidenbenner, PE to Water/Wastewater Project Manager as well as the new additions of Ricardo Paredes, PE and Nathaniel Troyer, PE who will take on roles as Project Managers for our Water/Wastewater and Bridge departments, respectively.
Whitney has proven herself to be a rising star within our company. After only five years, she has already obtained her Professional Engineering license and managed multiple projects in her time at RQAW | DCCM. Her background includes water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, with a concentration in drinking water design. Most notably, Whitney has led internal task delegation and client coordination for multiple SRF projects, including Wheatland Drinking Water and Milton Drinking Water, while spearheading preliminary engineering report documents to achieve funding for various clients. We are excited about this new chapter for Whitney and to watch her continue to grow as a leader within the Water/Wastewater department.
Ricardo has joined our Water/Wastewater team as a Project Manager, bringing over 11 years of experience with analysis, planning, design services, and bidding assistance as well as construction administration and management for wastewater, water, and stormwater projects. He has helped various communities and utilities successfully navigate projects while managing key stakeholders’ expectations on long-term control plans. His previous experience includes resolving local flooding issues, acting as a key intermediary between local governmental agencies and customers, and designing sanitary, water main, and storm sewer improvements. His experience and expertise will undoubtedly be a huge asset to our growing Water/Wastewater team as we look to expand into larger scale projects.
Nathaniel will also be joining our Bridge department as a Project Manager. With over eight years of experience, Nathaniel continually provides creative solutions for clients on a variety of projects through clear communication and technical expertise. His wide range of experience includes forensic engineering, multi-story and high-rise threshold inspections, bridge & roadway design, structural analysis, and project management. As Project Manager, his approach has resulted in several successful projects of different sizes and scopes for local, state, and national clients. We are thrilled to have Nathaniel join our team and look forward to the immediate impact he will have on the Bridge department.
