Challenge: RQAW | DCCM had experienced substantial company growth, and they wanted a fast-tracked schedule as their current space was no longer sufficient. They needed a space with an atmosphere that would inspire ingenuity and innovation in a collaborative environment for their talented professionals.

Solution: The 35,000-sf, 3-story building provided additional space for a growing architecture and engineering firm and assisted the City of Fishers in its economic development (IEDC). RQAW | DCCM performed all architectural design and site/civil engineering as well as oversaw MEP and structural engineering for the $10M project, and assisted with bidding and construction administration as well. BW Development served as the developer and provided financing, and BW Construction was the construction advisor for the project.
