Land Survey

US 231 Road Rehab RQAW | DCCM provided Right of Way Engineering and Land Acquisition Project Management for this 40-parcel project in the City of Greenfield, Indiana. The project included reconstruction of the deteriorating pavement, reconstruction of curb and gutter throughout the project limits, and reconstruction of ADA facilities as needed. Drainage complications required our survey department to provide additional support and extend the limits of the project northward approximately 1,000 feet to allow for stormwater to be conveyed into an existing drainage system.

236th Street Road Improvements This project extends from the intersection of State Road 38 in Sheridan approximately 2.2 miles east to Jay Ditch. The project required control and topographic data collection for widening of an existing roadway. A location control route survey was prepared for acquisition of right of way required for the project.
